		<description>Very interesting points. I know Baltimore has a ton of vacant houses. I&#039;m not sure of the influx of people moving in but I&#039;m pretty sure it is positive flow in.

The BRAC move in Aberdeen Maryland will create 5000+ jobs and some of this will spill into Baltimore.

I do believe real estate will bounce back. But I know material costs are going up and costs for metals are going up. I hope an increase in material costs will not dampen a rebound when all the builders are ready to build again.</description>
